What are the criteria to exit Additional Targeted Support (ATS)?
A campus may exit ATS to TSI status if the campus continues to meet TSI criteria and ceases to have at least one consistently underperforming student group that did not meet any evaluated indicators. Also, a campus may exit both ATS and TSI status if the campus has no consistently underperforming student groups for that year.
