How are STAAR EOC retest results included in accountability calculations?

Each district and campus is accountable for three EOC assessment administrations: 1) summer results for students enrolled on the prior-year October enrollment snapshot date, 2) fall results for students enrolled on the October enrollment snapshot date, and 3) spring results for students enrolled on the October enrollment snapshot date. The best result is found for performance (most recent result) and progress (only available), considered
