Why is small numbers analysis not available for 2022 accountability ratings?
Small number analysis is not available in 2022 for any of our STAAR related indicators because the agency does not have 2020 STAAR results to include due to assessments being cancelled that year. Typically, small number analysis uses the three-year average of the three most recent years, so without 2020 assessment data, we will not apply small numbers analysis for 2022.
