Why does my district’s domain/overall score show an 89, but when I drill down to the data it shows a higher score?

A district may not receive an overall or domain rating of A if the district includes any campus with a corresponding overall or domain scaled score less than 70. In this case, the highest scaled score a district can receive for the overall or in the corresponding domain is an 89. For more information, refer to Chapter 5 of 2023 Accountability Manual.
